Our Policy

Payment

Payment is required prior to the commencement of services. Project details and fees are confirmed in advance and outlined in the agreement provided at booking.

Billing

All time dedicated to a client project — including consultations, sourcing, fittings, and styling — is considered billable. Services are non-refundable once rendered.

Minimums

New clients are subject to a six-hour minimum for styling services.
In-person appointments are subject to a 2-hour minimum.

Consultations

A Closet Edit or Wardrobe Review may be required prior to shopping or ongoing styling services to ensure a clear understanding of the client’s needs and aesthetic.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a non-refundable service fee equivalent to two hours at the stylist’s rate.

Travel

Travel fees may apply for in-person appointments outside of standard service areas. Travel and fly-out services are arranged and confirmed in advance.

Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties. Website analytics may be used to improve site performance. External links and affiliated platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Affiliations

Mais Mousslli Studio may participate in affiliate programs and may receive a commission on select product links. These affiliations do not influence creative direction, recommendations, or styling decisions.
